Shadow Self is a self-discovery tool based on Jungian psychology. It provides personality assessments, journaling prompts, and AI-generated reflections for educational and personal growth purposes.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Shadow Self. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Shadow Self is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. The AI-generated content is for self-reflection only. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed therapist or your local emergency services.
You retain ownership of all content you create (journal entries, quiz answers, whispers). You grant Shadow Self a license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., generating your archetype, AI reflections).
You agree not to use Shadow Self to harass others, post illegal content on the Whisper Wall, or attempt to exploit the AI systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data from our systems.
Shadow Self is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on your archetype results or AI-generated content.
